Operational timeframes are impacted by various factors and are subject to change; we will keep you updated via this web page.
Locations Under Development
Sprout: Rademacher, Clover, and Alfalfa
We have achieved permit approval from both state and local agencies. Work is planned to commence at these locations in the upcoming months.

Oak: Alder and Acacia
We have achieved permit approval from both state and local regulatory agencies. Pad Construction on the Acacia location is scheduled to begin Fall 2024.
Mt. Democrat
Berry Farms: Our Estimated Interim Reclamation Period began in October 2023. Our Estimated Interim Reclamation Period is expected to conclude in July 2024.
Swartz: Surface Casing concluded in October 2023. Horizontal Drilling is expected to begin in May 2024.
Camenisch: Pad Construction concluded in October 2023. Surface Casing is expected to begin in April 2024.

Completions Activities concluded in March 2024. Our Estimated Interim Reclamation Period is expected to begin in June 2024.
Flower
We have completed the local and state permitting processes. Details on the project can be found in the Completeness notice to the right.
Schmerge: There has been a slight shift to the schedule. Pad Construction is now scheduled to begin in March 2024.
Vista: Surface Casing concluded in January 2024. Horizontal Drilling is expected to begin in March 2024.
Lizzy
Facilities Construction is currently in progress. The first portion of Horizontal Drilling is complete and crews will begin completions activities in late April. For more details on timing, click the link for April 2024 or reach out to a member of the Stakeholder Relations team.
Salazar
Horizontal Drilling began in February 2024. Horizontal Drilling is expected to conclude in April 2024.

Cypress
We continue to work through the state and local permitting processes. The Energy and Carbon Management Commission has determined the application to be complete.
Hickory
We have achieved permit approval from the local agency . We will provide further details on the progression of the permit.
